Job Description:
- As a Techno Functional consultant should have 5+ years of experience in Oracle HRMS EBS modules – Core HR, Self Service HR (SSHR), Absence Management, Payroll, Benefits and OLM.
- Techno Functional Knowledge Oracle HRMS Modules (70% Technical and 30%Functional)
- Should have strong technical skill in RICE Components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) in the domain of Oracle (EBS)
- Excellent Technical skills in Oracle HRMS APIs, SQL, PL/SQL Packages, Procedures and Functions
- Should have knowledge Oracle HRMS Architecture (Tables & Mapping)
- At least 2 implementation and 4 support project experience.
- Should be able to understand the requirements from customer and provide solution
- Should have Excellent Communication, Documentation, Presentation, Customer handling, Problem solving, Solution design skill experience
