Job Description:
- As a BI Publisher Reports Developer should have 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules – Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Payroll and Benefits.
- Should have excellent development skill in BI Publisher Reports and OTBI Reports
- Should have knowledge Oracle Cloud Technical Skills in Data Migration and Interface/Integration development using HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract and Web Service etc.
- Should have strong technical experience in SQL, PLSQL, Module based Fast Formulas.
- At least 2 End to End Fusion HCM Project implementations Experiences.
- Should have Excellent Communication, Documentation, Presentation, Customer Handling, Problem solving, Solution design skill experience
- Certification on oracle Cloud HCM is preferred and is a value add
